VOLUNTEER

Art and the Vineyard invites you to lend a helping hand to Maude Kerns Art Center, Eugene's oldest non-profit art center. Take part in nurturing artistic expression and creativity while cultivating appreciation and understanding of art and culture in our community.

This year's Volunteer Meeting will take place at the Art Center on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 from 6:00pm-7:30pm.

The Maude Kerns Art Center is seeking volunteers for the 33rd annual Art and the Vineyard festival, which takes place Saturday, July 2, Sunday, July 3, and Monday, July 4 at Alton Baker Park in Eugene. Art and the Vineyard, which is the principal fundraiser for the Maude Kerns Art Center, is the Willamette Valley's top art, wine, and music festival.

Come have fun with friends, enjoy the festival, and support Maude Kerns Center. All volunteers are admitted free to the festival and receive a free Art and the Vineyard t-shirt. NEW for 2016: The first 150 volunteers will receive a $5 gift card to Off the Waffle restaurants. Maude Kerns Art Center and Art & the Vineyard would like to thank Off the Waffle for their generous donation.

Volunteer opportunities are available in the following areas: Pre-Event Set Up (Friday, July 1), Garden Set Up, Garden Sales, Information Booth, Volunteer Booth, Booth Sitting for Artists, Artist Hospitality, Youth Art Arena, Food Court, Site Crew, Perimeter/Fence Sitting: Security Assistance, Sanitation, and Take Down (Tuesday, July 5). Volunteers designated as Floaters are assigned to different festival areas as needed.
